Service rates are effective beginning 8/1/2022

Diagnostic Service Calls	$95
Project Estimates	$95 each
Handyman	$65 per hour
Handyman Helper	$45 per hour
After Hours Service	1.5x standard rates
Parts and Materials	Cost plus 20%
Mileage	$1.50 per mile
Supplies and Environmental	3% of invoice total

• Diagnostic Service calls are billed in advanced and will only be scheduled once payment is received. The rate includes labor for 1 man, up to 1 hour of field or shop service. Parts, materials, and supplies are extra and will be billed at a rate of cost plus 20%. Parts, materials, and supplies must be paid in advance.
• Project Estimates are for non-standard or project specific estimates that require site visits prior to pricing.
• ​Handyman and Handyman Helper rates are billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum.
• Parts and Materials are billed at retail cost, plus tax, plus 20%. Labor and mileage to pick-up, load, and unload materials, supplies, etc. will be billed at standard rates.
• Point of origin Mileage will be billed  from 1840 Marion-Mt. Gilead Road, Marion, Ohio 43302. 
• All invoices, including service call, will get a basic 3% supplies and environmental charge. This charge covers basic supplies, not billed, like fasteners, adhesives, sealants, solvents, fuels, etc. as well as waste removal and disposal.
• Standard Service Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Service provided outside these hours will be billed at after hours rates.

Payment Terms

• Invoices are always due upon receipt.
• Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, debit card, credit card, Venmo, and CashApp. Credit and Debit card payments are processed by Square.
